Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for finding and managing clients for our Amazon FBA Wholesale/Online Arbitrage A to Z account management services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing and managing Amazon seller central accounts, with a strong knowledge of Amazon's selling platform, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Manage and optimize client Amazon seller central accounts for maximum efficiency and sales.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Communication: Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective client engagement and support.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing Amazon seller central accounts with a successful track record.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
