Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or a related field is required.

This role will be responsible for creating data orchestration with Azure Data Factory Pipelines & Dataflows.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding business requirements and providing inputs from a data perspective is essential.
  • The ability to understand the underlying data and flow of data is crucial.
  • Building simple to complex pipelines & dataflows in ADF is a key responsibility.
  • Implementing modules with security and authorization frameworks is necessary.
  • Recognizing and adapting to changes in processes as the project evolves in size and function is vital.
  • Implementing visualization and traditional reporting in Power BI is also important.

Key Skills:

  • Expert level knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Power BI.
  • Analytics experience, with real estate and finance domain knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure SQL DB & Synapse Analytics, Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, and Logic Apps.
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex data.
  • Security implementation like RLS in Power BI and data governance in Azure.
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, SQL Databases, Stream Analytics, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Experience in data modeling and database design with excellent knowledge of SQL Server best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to communicate at various levels with clarity & precision.
  • A clear understanding of DW lifecycle and contributing to preparing design documents, unit test plans, and code review reports.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) is beneficial.
