Production Management Leader

A seasoned Operations Manager is sought to lead a team of employees, ensuring maximum utilization of available capacity and effective use of labor, tools, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop staff skills, ensuring annual goals are met and communicated, and the Global Performance Management System is up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate records of timekeeping, overtime, and vacation schedules.
- Cultivate a positive and safety-conscious environment, promoting best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Design and implement operations improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services.
- Oversee daily work schedules, manage production flow, staffing, and resources to achieve optimal results.
- Promote improvement strategies in all key metric areas, managing production flow, staffing schedule, and resources.
- Ensure quality control processes, guaranteeing products meet quality standards, and drive implementation of process improvements.
- Analyze and draw information for daily operational needs, providing prompt problem-solving for key issues.
- Lead by example, modeling and promoting industry ethics and values.
- Attract, retain, and develop high-potential talent, and build a diverse team of individuals performing various tasks.
- Represent the team, presenting suggestions and recommendations on processes and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field (e.g., Engineering) preferred.
- 5+ years' Operational experience with team leader experience preferred.
