The ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management is crucial in this role.

Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and procedures is also vital, allowing the receptionist to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
