About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Educational Counselor to join our team. As an Educational Counselor, you will play a vital role in assisting our counselors by streamlining communication and processes between counselors and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Acting as the first point of contact for students, providing them with initial information and guidance about our services and study abroad options.
  • Process Facilitation: Assisting counselors by managing administrative tasks related to student applications, including document collection, application tracking, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communication: Maintaining regular communication with students to ensure they are updated on their application status and any additional requirements.
  • Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate student records in our database.
  • Event Assistance: Supporting the organization and execution of educational fairs, seminars, and other promotional activities.
  • Follow-Up: Conducting follow-up calls and emails to ensure students progress smoothly through their application process.
