Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled digital marketing professional to drive sales conversion, creation, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing web, database marketing, email, social media marketing, pixel analysis, and display advertising campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines, expertise in Google, Facebook, Instagram ads, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Focusing on sales growth and volume expansion.
  • Developing and executing innovative acquisition content, strategies & campaigns across paid and non-marketing channels.
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Brainstorming new growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
  • Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Optimizing user funnels and identifying critical conversion points and drop-off points.
Requirements:
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Expertise in Google, Facebook, Instagram ads.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of content management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Research and implementation of target keywords and content strategy.
