Operations Assistant

We require a skilled and experienced individual to support our daily office operations. This role involves managing various tasks, maintaining a clean environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Collect and submit travel documents on schedule.
  2. Coordinate with external parties for documentation submissions.
  3. Perform outdoor banking tasks with efficiency and responsibility.
  4. Visit markets, collect samples from vendors, and apply problem-solving skills.
  5. Provide assistance with attestation and notary public-related tasks, focusing on accuracy.
  6. Procure local items while maintaining budget-friendly practices.
  7. Complete assigned outdoor tasks safely and efficiently.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  9. Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  1. Must own a motorbike and helmet for safe transportation.
  2. Possess a valid driving license to facilitate travel.
  3. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
