Streamlining Operations Specialist

The Streamlining Operations Specialist plays a key role in enhancing organizational efficiency by leveraging automation to drive innovation. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact areas ripe for process optimization.

  • Map Efficiency Gaps: Interview team members from various departments to pinpoint high-effort processes that can be optimized through automation.
  • Deploy Automations: Develop, test, and deploy n8n workflows (and occasional custom scripts) for use cases such as influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and internal knowledge management systems.
  • Integrate Tools: Connect Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc., using APIs and webhooks.
  • Monitor & Refine: Set up logging, alerting, and SLA checks; refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Document & Train: Create concise SOPs and Loom walkthroughs so non-technical teammates can self-serve.
  • Track ROI: Quantify hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience building workflow automations (n8n required; Zapier/Make.com plus).
  • Solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
  • Strong English communication skills; able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Self-starter mindset, bias for action, comfortable working asynchronously with 2-4 hour overlap to Pacific Time.

In addition to the core qualifications, we encourage candidates with experience in:

  • e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or Amazon marketplace tooling.
  • familiarity with vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines.
