Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve assigned financial and service objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, focusing on their personal development and ensuring they understand the value of microfinance customers.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of branch operations, including loan and deposit acquisition, and ensure efficient execution of financial transactions.
  • Identify resource needs and request support from the Hub as required.
  • Organize effective cash management and minimize inactive/non-productive cash holding.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to build staff's professional and leadership potential.
Requirements:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Good communication/presentation skills; Strong leadership skills.
