Senior User Experience Specialist

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to lead our design initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-centric digital products and interfaces that balance business goals with user needs.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research to gain insights into target audiences and translate findings into effective design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for various platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Create modern, clean, and consistent UI layouts that adhere to brand guidelines, fostering a cohesive visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs, guaranteeing timely delivery.
- Evaluate designs based on user testing and feedback, making data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, usability principles, and best practices in UI/UX, continuously refining skills and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in an agency or product-based setting.
- Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Deep knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies, ensuring a human-focused approach.
