Heavy Equipment Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in mobile cranes and concrete machinery to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction by performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on mobile cranes and concrete machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site or at workshops, collaborating with the service team as needed.
  • Conduct thorough inspections, testing, and performance checks of equipment to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to customers as required, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing mobile cranes and/or concrete pumps.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license is required for frequent travel within Pakistan.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
