Job Description

This role involves overseeing the execution of email campaigns and optimizing marketing funnels to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute targeted email outreach initiatives to leads and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective marketing funnels, including proper tagging and segmentation for audience targeting.
  • Input customer data, newsletters, and promotions into our CRM system.
  • Generate regular reports to track invoices and follow up on pending payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve marketing automation processes based on analytics and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems; KEAP experience is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and tag management principles.
  • Proficiency in creating automated workflows and campaign sequences.
  • Experience generating performance reports and analyzing campaign metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with invoice tracking or basic payment follow-up procedures is an asset.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments.
