Job Title: Senior Finance Professional - Business Partner

About the Role:

A highly skilled finance professional is required to partner with the business to drive financial growth and improvement. This role involves providing financial guidance and support to business leaders, developing and implementing financial strategies, and improving financial processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Guidance: Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform business decisions.
  2. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  3. Cash Management: Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure working capital needs are met.
  4. Expense Control: Implement expense control measures to reduce costs and improve profitability.
  5. Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  7. Financial Decision Support: Provide financial information and analysis to support business decisions.
  8. Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in other projects and ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: Preferably ACCA certified with related academics. Additional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus.
  2. Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience preferably in a technology firm.
  3. Technical Skills: Knowledge of QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and other ERPs is preferred. Experience with taxation including corporate tax, withholding tax filing, sales tax, and income tax is also required.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  5. Other Requirements: Must have knowledge of US taxes and accounting, be able to manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, and have experience with technology companies/US firms.
