We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales. The primary focus is on closing deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  1. Contact potential or existing customers via phone calls using established scripts
  2. Answer questions about products and services
  3. Determine customer requirements and close sales effectively
  4. Direct prospects to the field sales team as needed
  5. Enter and update customer information in the database accurately
  6. Process orders promptly and accurately
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of one year experience in telesales or a related customer service position
  • An excellent command of spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to learn product knowledge and effectively communicate it to customers
  • Calmness under pressure and the ability to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
