About the Job

This is a full-time contract position that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing bank deposits, reconciling financial statements, and preparing and sending invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bank deposits and reconcile financial statements
  • Prepare and send invoices, and contact clients to ensure timely payments
  • Submit tax forms and handle registrations and bookkeeping
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
