PakWheels is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our content team on a contract basis. This individual will play a key role in editing both long-form and short-form content for various platforms, with a focus on delivering high-quality, engaging videos that reflect the brand.

The ideal candidate will bring fresh editing ideas to the table, adapt quickly to new styles and trends, and thrive in a collaborative environment. They will work closely with content creators, producers, and creative leads to bring stories to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators, producers, and creative leads to develop engaging content.
  • Implement new editing techniques, styles, and effects to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Maintain consistency in visual tone, pacing, and storytelling across different formats.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of edited content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form editing experience.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling.
  • Adaptability to new editing styles, formats, and content strategies.
  • A strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
