Job Title: Visa Processing Specialist

Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing visa applications for students planning to study abroad. This involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations, assisting students with documentation and application requirements, conducting pre-assessment and counseling for students, liaising with educational institutions and immigration authorities as needed, maintaining organized records of all applications and correspondences, and providing timely updates to students regarding their application status.

Responsibilities:">
  • Process visa applications for international students.
  • Evaluate and verify student documentation and application materials.
  • Assist students in understanding and completing visa application forms.
  • Conduct pre-arrival counseling sessions to ensure students are well-prepared for their studies abroad.
  • Liaise with educational institutions and government agencies to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the application process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications and correspondences.

  • Strong knowledge of visa processing procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in documentation and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or student counseling is an asset.
