Senior Manager Organizational Development Position

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Manager of Organizational Development to lead our OD function and drive enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance culture, performance, and talent readiness.

This role will play a critical part in transforming our people strategy, shaping the employee experience, and ensuring our organization is structured for scale and sustainability.

About the Role:
  • OD Strategy & Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational development strategy aligned with business objectives and future growth plans.
  • Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Lead programs for leadership development, coaching, and succession planning to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
  • Change Management: Design and execute change management frameworks to support organizational transformation and employee engagement during transitions.
  • Culture & Engagement: Partner with leadership to assess, reinforce, and evolve company culture. Design and oversee employee engagement initiatives based on data insights.
  • Competency Frameworks: Build and institutionalize competency models to guide recruitment, performance management, and learning strategies.
  • Performance Management: Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management systems that promote accountability and development.
  • Organizational Assessments: Lead diagnostics such as employee surveys, organizational health assessments, and skills gap analysis. Use findings to influence strategy and action.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/OD, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading OD, culture transformation, or change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of organizational psychology, systems thinking, and talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
