Affiliate Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate network and drive player experiences.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Responsibilities include training team members, educating affiliates, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback.
  • The successful candidate will develop training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
  • Finding and developing new affiliates to expand the network of promoters is also a key responsibility.
  • Providing support to VIP partners whenever needed and building good relationships with all partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure partner satisfaction by delivering exceptional maintenance services.
  • Take charge of network performance, setting clear goals, and monitoring KPIs such as potential partners found, deals closed, and revenue.
  • Analyze daily reports for improvement purposes and drive process improvement within the affiliate network.
Requirements
  • A minimum of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry or a related field.
  • A strong background in sales is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Urdu and English, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Team player with helpful and supportive skills.
