Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

As a skilled Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business success by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with the senior accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as support audits, budget tracking, and tax filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly financial reports to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for cost reduction.
• Support the senior accounting team in preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future revenue and expenses.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and board members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Xero software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
