Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Act as a quality resource to fulfill field requirements originating from the supervisor or company.
  • Provide daily updates to the immediate supervisor.
  • Be available to discuss and resolve technical issues with other technical team leads.
  • Manage vendors at project sites.
  • Install, document, and conduct ATP for Central region projects.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Commit to sincere customer support 24/7.
  • Conduct pre-site surveys and provide first- and second-level support on MSC Level.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years of experience is required.
