  3. Supply Chain Optimization: Manage inventory control, procurement, and logistics to meet production demands efficiently. Develop strategic partnerships to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.">
  4. Production Planning and Control: Set and achieve production targets, guaranteeing timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. Implement process improvements and product enhancements regularly.">
  5. Labor Force Development: Supervise and develop a skilled workforce, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Identify training needs and implement effective training programs.">
  6. Business Expansion: Drive growth by expanding meter sales, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. Develop and implement business plans to increase revenue and market share.">
  7. Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and implement strategic plans, predicting future trends and market demands. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimization.">
  8. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to international quality standards, implementing process improvements and product enhancements regularly. Develop and maintain quality management systems to guarantee customer satisfaction.">
  9. Logistics and Administration: Coordinate logistics, general factory administration, and technology transfers with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.">
  10. Succession Planning: Identify, develop, and maintain a pool of successors for key positions within the division or department. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and succession planning.">
