Engine Diagnostician

Role Description:

The Engine Diagnostician is responsible for examining and diagnosing vehicles to identify any issues and developing effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive technology and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, including knowledge of labor time estimates and the ability to inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components accurately.

The successful candidate will have a diploma or B-Tech degree in Automobile and a minimum of five years' experience in the same field. Overseas experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and examine vehicles to identify any issues.
2. Develop and implement effective work procedures in cooperation with Team Leader & Manager Operations.
3. Accurately record vehicle inspections and repairs.
4. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or B-Tech degree in Automobile.
• A minimum of five years' experience in the same field.
• Overseas experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
