We are seeking a skilled Career Guidance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our educational consulting team, you will play a vital role in guiding students in making informed decisions about their careers and educational paths.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
  • You will provide personalized guidance and support to help clients make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training programs and workshops on career development and education.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that your advice is relevant and effective.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. education, counseling, psychology).
  • Relevant experience in career guidance or education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Digital literacy with working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with study abroad processes and foreign education systems is preferred.
