Job Title: Air Conditioning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced air conditioning specialist to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. As an integral part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, repair, and optimize air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems to identify and address potential issues before they lead to system failures.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in air conditioning systems, replacing or repairing faulty components to restore optimal functionality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks to promote a safe working environment.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls to provide quick and effective solutions to restore equipment/systems during unexpected breakdowns.
  • Conduct the installation of new air conditioning systems, including mounting units, connecting refrigerant lines, and ensuring proper electrical wiring.
  • Meet scheduled timelines provided to cater to any complaints.
  • Work cooperatively and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Participate in scheduled safety and security training programs to stay updated on emergency response procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • Certificate Course in Air Conditioning from a Government-registered institution.
  • Preference would be given to DAE in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospital/hotels or facilities management division.
  • Sufficient knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Proficient understanding of air conditioning systems, including components like compressors, evaporators, and condensers.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities to identify and address issues in air conditioning systems.
