As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely delivery of projects and maintaining their quality. To excel in this role, you need to be an experienced project manager with demonstrable experience of successful small projects through to large ones.

The role involves managing and mentoring project teams in a culturally diverse environment. You will help champion project management practices and develop colleagues through skills transfer.

  • Manage projects to achieve goals and milestones, hold project meetings, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop detailed project plans, identify work breakdown structures, and project timelines and resources utilization.
  • Have good knowledge of waterfall or agile methodology to ensure all stages of the project life cycle are completed.
  • Manage overall project activities throughout all phases and maintain required project documentation.
  • Ensure all requirements are collected and represented within the project.
  • Assess team members' performance for management after closing each project.
  • Conduct periodic reviews on project status with the project team, executive level management, and clients.

Involvement in business requirement gathering helps better understand project outcomes and client expectations. This also enables the project team to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.

Proactively identify and recommend process changes and automated solutions to solve business problems.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed company.
