Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation process, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content programming strategies across multiple territories.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality video content and artwork that aligns with brand strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes optimizing titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates and search engine optimization (SEO).

You will leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth. Additionally, you will utilize YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable growth strategies. You must have a deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics and Tubular Labs.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members. They will also be proactive, able to balance multiple priorities, lead under pressure, and adapt quickly to changes in the digital landscape.

In this role, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective content strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Programming Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive content programming strategies across multiple territories, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and KPIs.
  2. Content Optimization: Optimize titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates and SEO.
  3. YouTube Tools Utilization: Leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilize YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance.
  5. Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and market trends, using insights to refine channel management and creative strategies.
  6. Staying Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.
