Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of small to medium-sized business customers
- Create and execute a strategic plan for acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships
- Engage in high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to schedule meetings and drive sales
- Present our solutions to customers, highlighting their value and benefits
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain positive relationships
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and insights to refine sales strategies and tactics
- Cold calling/emailing/chats with potential clients
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets
- Experience working with SMBs is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
