Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can provide planning and scheduling services for complex construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on large-scale construction projects within the data centre or similar project type.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a project schedule management system with the project manager and director.
  • Work closely with the project team to prepare the project schedule at different levels.
  • Prepare high-level scheduling reports for the steering committee to analyze project schedule progress.
  • Coordinate key milestones with the construction, procurement, and design teams to ensure alignment.
  • Organize meetings to review and analyze timelines and gaps.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals of the schedule with various teams.
  • Instruct key coordination dates for project execution to achieve schedule alignment between contractors.
  • Alert potential project delays.

Strong analytical abilities are required to analyze project requirements, identify potential setbacks, and devise effective solutions.

Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

Familiarity with CAD applications is beneficial for designing and evaluating complex projects.
