Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced digital marketing professional to lead our Local SEO efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies, with a focus on Local SEO for multi-location businesses.

This role involves optimizing and managing Google Business Profiles, building and maintaining local citations, monitoring and analyzing SEO performance, creating and optimizing localized content, and collaborating with clients to understand their objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead Local SEO strategies to boost search visibility for multi-location businesses
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for accuracy and engagement
  • Build and maintain local citations across relevant directories for NAP data consistency
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics
  • Create and optimize localized content, including landing pages and service descriptions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor services to meet expectations
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance performance
  • Stay updated on Local SEO trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
  • 3+ years of experience in managing SEO Teams
  • Expertise in Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management
  • Leadership experience managing and guiding an SEO team
  • Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and local SEO tools
  • Experience in the home services niche is a plus
  • Background in a digital marketing agency is required
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
