We are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the role of Student Relationship Officer. This key position involves building trust and rapport with students, providing them with guidance and support to achieve their goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Attend to student attendance and monitor absentees to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Arrange regular parent-teacher meetings to facilitate constructive dialogue and address concerns.
  3. Address student complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  4. Ensure timely distribution of vouchers to students and maintain open lines of communication.
  5. Coordinate student batch transfers, extra classes, and backups to provide a smooth learning experience.
  6. Foster strong relationships between students, teachers, and staff members, resolving any conflicts that may arise.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student-related documents and reports.
  8. Follow up with fee defaulters through phone calls or letters to resolve payment issues in a timely manner.
