Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administration of computer network operations, and security and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage, monitor, and maintain computer networks and their performance.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices (fiber optics, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices).
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, update software and hardware, and upgrade network equipment.
  • Document network configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of network devices and services.
  • Identify performance gaps for on-premises, private, and public cloud infrastructures.
  • Ensure optimum network bandwidth to ensure critical applications are responsive.
Security Measures:
  • Protect the network from threats such as viruses, malware, and hackers, and implement security policies and procedures.
  • Provide end-to-end network security services (VPN services, tunnels, site-to-site connectivity, and redundant network).
Retail Infrastructure Management:
  • Provide network support for all new and existing stores.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network uptime for footfall devices and Dynamics 365.
  • Assist with network issues, highlight internet connectivity, and intimate internet connection deployment and termination.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Certified CNA.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Network Engineering.
