Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Officer to join our team at the Medical Centers. The ideal candidate will have experience in family medicine and be able to work effectively with patients, faculty, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and reassessments of patients to inform diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, making adjustments as needed based on patient progress.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families, adapting communication style and content to meet individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • MBBS degree from a recognized university, with a preference for additional diplomas or MCPS in relevant fields.
  • A minimum of six years post-MBBS experience in related areas, or three years with additional diploma or MCPS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences.
  • Ability to maintain open and consistent communication with patients, families, faculty, and staff.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with ability to weigh multiple factors and develop effective solutions.
