Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to support our team in Pakistan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their knowledge and skills in HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, compliance, and insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management:
    • Accurately process payroll, ensuring timely payment of salaries and benefits.
    • Update employee files, including bonus, vacation, and sick pay information.
    • Coordinate with finance and other departments to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
    • Draft contracts and ensure timely signatures during employment and terminations.
    • Provide departing employees with necessary information and support regarding their employment details.
  • Compliance and Insurance:
    • Assist in developing and enforcing compliance policies and processes.
    • Conduct audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
    • Coordinate with insurance brokers to ensure new legal entities are covered under the insurance policy.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Aptitude for working in a team environment with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and calculations.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • The ideal candidate will have mid-senior level experience in human resources.
