Head of Finance Position Available

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in our finance team. As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations across the US and Pakistan. You will develop and implement financial strategies, manage taxation requirements, and provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning:
    • Develop and implement financial plans for both US and Pakistan operations.
    • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial health and sustainability.
  • Taxation Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all US tax laws, including federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Manage and ensure accurate filing of Pakistan tax obligations, including corporate tax, sales tax, and withholding tax.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team across both US and Pakistan operations.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles.
    • Strong expertise in US tax and Pakistani tax regulations.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing financials for US-based entities and handling cross-border financial operations.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
