Job Responsibilities

The successful Commercial Real Estate Acquisition Expert will be responsible for acquiring new projects that meet our business objectives. This includes:

  • Creating maximum prospects by generating leads and conducting meetings with customers to provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Closely working with the sales team to negotiate commercial terms with developers, including marketing fees, contract tenure, inventory mix, base prices, sales targets, discounts, schedule of work, buyer payment plan, and ATS.
  • Gathering preliminary information about prospective projects through meetings with developers/landowners and conducting detailed due diligence on project critical documents to determine legal positions and approvals.
  • Evaluating land ownership, approvals, and developer profiles for all onboarded projects under sales & marketing, highlighting any discrepancies with management and obtaining approval before proceeding further.
  • Initiating, drafting, and signing contracts (PPA & service agreements), preparing financial feasibilities based on inputs gathered from projects, and maintaining liaison with the sales team to guide them on various issues and resolve daily operational matters.
  • Submitting reports on initiatives undertaken by unit heads/regional heads and maintaining follow-ups on these initiatives.
  • Preparing and sharing project pricing/commission/discount models with concerned units and maintaining follow-ups with external stakeholders such as development authorities, hotel management companies, construction companies, and land records authorities.
  • Supporting sales teams on acquired projects and acting as the point of contact to resolve issues between developers and sales teams during project execution.
  • Launching acquired projects, conveying terms to all stakeholders, ensuring required information/material is transmitted to relevant departments, and conducting town hall sessions with sales/support teams to provide details related to projects.
