Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager for IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Enterprise Data Network. As the functional lead of EDN Operations, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise data networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Enterprise Data Network Planning and Implementation:
  • Lead the design and deployment of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise data networks to meet current and future requirements.
• IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Enterprise Data Network Operations & Maintenance (O&M):
  • Manage daily operations, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data networks.
• Private Cloud Capacity Planning and Operations:
  • Oversee the capacity planning and operations of the private cloud environment, ensuring efficient resource allocation and proactive scaling to meet organizational demands.
• CAPEX & OPEX of IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Enterprise Data Network:
  • Manage the capital and operational expenditures for IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data networks, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Infrastructure Support, Network, Storage, and System Patch Management:
  • Provide technical support across the IT infrastructure, including network, storage, and system patch management, ensuring that all systems are secure, updated, and performing optimally.
• Network Enhancements Recommendation:
  • Conduct regular assessments of the current network infrastructure and recommend enhancements and upgrades to improve performance, security, and scalability.
• IT Systems / Applications Operating Systems Licensing Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all software and operating system licenses, monitoring usage and managing renewals to prevent violations.
• Resource Management:
  • Effectively manage and allocate IT resources, including personnel, hardware, and software, to meet operational requirements and optimize resource utilization.
• Patch Management:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive patch management strategy to ensure timely updates, maintaining system security and functionality across the IT environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Sciences or relevant field from well-reputed university.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar position.

• Sound understanding of Telecom and cellular business.

Eligibility Criteria:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Sciences or a relevant field from a well-reputed university. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position is required. The candidate should have strong generic skills such as effective communication, strong analytical skills, and be proactive with a solution-focused approach.

The candidate should also possess job-specific skills such as a proven track record of implementing and managing complex network infrastructure, strong knowledge of TCP/IP network, routing protocols, and network security, expert-level skills for planning, operations, and maintenance of collaboration suites, and proven experience working with multi-brands server and storage hardware products.

They must also have sound understanding of telecom and cellular business.
