Job Title: Education Leader
  • We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Education Leader to join our team as Primary School Principal at TCF Bagh-Wala in Muzaffargarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers to design and implement curriculum plans that align with national and international standards.
  2. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to measure student progress and inform instructional decisions.
  3. Professional Development: Provide training and support to teachers on best practices in instruction, assessment, and technology integration.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Education or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in teaching and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of improving academic performance and student outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
