About the Role:

An Embedded QA Engineer is needed to ensure quality and reliability of our embedded products. This position requires expertise in testing hardware-software integration, embedded systems, and electrical engineering or computer science backgrounds. Collaboration is essential to join our QA team in testing ELD and non-ELD software features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop test plans, cases, and scripts for embedded systems.
  • Design functional testing to deliver quality features.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with development teams on system requirements and design phase input.
  • Implement automated test frameworks for embedded systems.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues in embedded systems and provide detailed reports.
  • Ensure system stability and performance through integration and regression testing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Embedded QA Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, hardware-software integration, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with bug reporting and tracking tools (JIRA preferred).
  • Proficiency in testing tools and methodologies, including automated testing.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as C/C++, Python.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
