We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team. As an Automotive Refinisher, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original appearance using advanced techniques and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Assess damage and determine the best course of restoration
  2. Strip existing paint and apply new coats using various techniques and materials
  3. Sand and prime surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
  4. Restore damaged body panels using advanced techniques and tools
  5. Communicate effectively with customers about restoration progress and timelines
  6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience as an auto body repair technician or related field
  2. Strong understanding of vehicle finishes and systems
  3. Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for automotive refinishing
  4. High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  5. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
