Unlocking Customer Success
A key position in our customer success team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with assigned account executives and expanding our presence both vertically and horizontally.
Your role spans the entire post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on maximizing value through effective use of our database solution. This involves playing a crucial part in SingleStore's growth and supporting customer adoption.
- Develop a deep understanding of our core functionalities and diverse use cases.
- Communicate our value proposition and features effectively to customers.
- Manage a growing portfolio of customers with varying touchpoints.
- Collaborate across teams to maximize client value.
- Lead customer interactions from implementation to renewals and growth discussions.
- Advocate for clients internally, providing valuable feedback.
- Resolve escalated ticket requests in collaboration with the Support team.
- Provide updates on products, events, and maintain internal reports.
- Degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving Cloud technologies (CSM, TAM, Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Support, Consulting, Engineering).
- 3+ years of experience in Database (SQL, noSQL, HTAP) and Cloud technologies.
- Proficient in project management, issue tracking, and accountability.
- Strong verbal skills for relational building.
- Good presentation skills including leading customer-facing technical and business workshops.
- Experience in escalation management and risk mitigation, demonstrating business acumen.
- Resourceful problem solver with creative approaches.
