We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior IT Business Growth Specialist with an IT background. This individual will excel at redesigning business models to align with modern strategies.

About the Role:

  1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients via platforms, tenders, networking events, and forums. Tailor proposals to meet client needs and maintain a robust lead pipeline.
  2. Closing Deals: Play a pivotal role in our client engagement strategy, utilizing strong English communication and negotiation skills to win projects related to IT and software services.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine our approach and identify growth opportunities.
  4. CRM Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing support throughout the bidding process.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design and development) to ensure proposals align with our brand and capabilities.
  6. Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to sales strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth, monitoring performance metrics to adjust tactics as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy.
  • Build and maintain a robust CRM database.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in tech or web development.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
  • Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of web and mobile development processes and technologies.
  • Analytical mindset for deriving insights from market data.
  • Self-motivated, problem solver, able to work independently and as part of a team.
