Job Opportunity

As a Health Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting products to healthcare professionals and organizations within an assigned territory.

  • You will be responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals, and other health-related organizations/personnel within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of your products and their competition to provide benefits to customers/users with our products.
  • Update doctors/chemists contact records list as needed with the consent of your manager and maintain all call records accordingly through a reporting system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly call plans to improve coverage of key customers as per defined performance metrics.
  • Submit regular reports through a designated application as scheduled.
  • Keep track of competitive activities in your geographical area and provide feedback to your manager for further communication.
  • Adopt ethical practices while promoting products to customers and share information about product benefits.
  • Arrange meetings with doctors to discuss specific products in detail.
  • Stay up-to-date on own and competitor products.
  • Collect and report information on promotional and marketing moves of competitors.
  • Provide periodic feedback to your manager and the marketing team on these promotional activities.
  • Ensure stock availability of key products at retail level in your territory for honoring prescriptions generated by customers.
  • Follow plans to achieve assigned objectives for increased prescription flow from identified doctors and report findings periodically to your manager.
  • Forward technical queries raised by doctors to the medical department for clarification with notification to your manager.
  • Maintain proper attire and maintenance of records and detailing kit provided.
  • Submit expenses and leave plans as per deadlines.
