Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

The role involves overseeing the creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns to engage with clients and promote products. The candidate will be responsible for developing a strategic plan to increase customer engagement through targeted email promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Manage email lists and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in email marketing, with a strong understanding of metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Email marketing software proficiency, including Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template development.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, to manage and analyze customer interactions.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, with the ability to create actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
