Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Data Entry Clerk.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining customer and lead information in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter customer and lead information into our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create and manage product listings across various platforms, including classifieds and marketplaces.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using digital tools such as Google Sheets and Google Docs.
  • Perform quality checks on data to identify and correct errors thoroughly.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure timely updates on leads and product listings.
  • Meet daily/weekly data entry targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate reports and summaries from added leads, tasks completed, and listed/re-priced products as required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (any platform) is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, etc.) is required.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines are crucial.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are must-haves.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is vital.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) are necessary.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems quickly are desired.
