About the Job

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our lead generation efforts and drive significant, measurable growth.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing, able to leverage every tool in their arsenal to find the fastest path to qualified demand.

This role requires someone who can work directly with our Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams to define our ideal customer profile (ICP) and lead qualifications, then test, measure, and scale what works.

They will take full ownership of our SQL targets, defining clear criteria with the sales team, setting monthly goals, and providing transparent reports on progress using real numbers.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for innovating and experimenting with rapid, cross-channel tests, including paid acquisition, SEO/content, partnerships, email, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

A key requirement is to have hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and Ahrefs, as well as strong command of attribution models, funnel metrics, and A/B testing methodologies.
