Job Title: Strategic Creative Director

Develop and Implement Effective Strategies.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative strategist to develop and implement effective strategies for advertiser partnerships. This includes identifying and collaborating with influential individuals in the industry or target audience, and working with cross-functional teams to create content and campaigns that effectively promote the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Analysis: Interpret client strategy and research questions, turning uncertainty into a compass for investigation and formulating productive questions.
  • Data Driven Insights: Perform robust and diligent intel gathering from across the web and with resources, pulling disparate signals together to make sense of cultural change.
  • Creator Partnerships: Identify and research potential Creator partners based on their influence, reach, and alignment with the brand's values and target audience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms and technologies related to KOL partnerships.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data using our Influencer tech-stack and produce fresh insights.
  • Presentation Skills: Create logical presentation narratives to illustrate insights and inform client direction.
  • Communication: Foster communication across project teams and with clients by presenting and discussing strategy work.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the creator management team to nurture ideas and provide creative feedback.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years relevant experience (digital creative strategy), prior agency experience preferred.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative and strategic thinker able to connect client goals through logical approach.
  • Insight Generation: Experience translating data and culture into meaningful insights that inspire creative decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Creative problem solver with deep experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Presentation Skills: Presentation skills to create polished presentations with compelling storytelling flow.
  • Regional Campaigns: Experience with regional, multi-market campaign work is a plus.
