Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

As a seasoned software development professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development of new features, troubleshooting company products, and designing customized solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and troubleshoot company products to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement new features to enhance product offerings.
  • Design and review new systems being developed by the team to ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Train and mentor junior resources to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide technical roadmap and R&D to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.


Requirements & Skills:
  • 12-15 years of experience in .NET (MVC / Core) development.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET).
  • Hands-on understanding and knowledge of Entity Framework and Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, Axios API client.
  • Database Designing and TSQL Programming for MS SQL.
  • Practical knowledge of front-end framework like Angular or similar.
  • Understanding of Git repository system like TFS or GitHub.
  • Knowledge of JIRA (Issue tracking system).
  • Knowledge of REST API development.
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms Development.
  • Practical knowledge of using Postman for API testing.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills.


Work Mode: Work from Office.

Shift Time: 10am-7pm
