Video Editor - Podcast Specialist Job Summary

This role involves editing, managing, and delivering high-quality long-form video content, including podcast episodes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Edit and produce engaging video content optimized for platforms like YouTube, focusing on viewer retention and engagement.
  2. Work with raw interview footage, enhance audio quality, and prepare polished audio-visual content tailored to client specifications.
  3. Collaborate with the team to coordinate and manage long-form video projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project timelines.
  4. Develop and implement creative ideas to enhance video content and meet client expectations.
  5. Revise video content based on team feedback to maintain high production standards.
  6. Maintain accurate records of project progress, challenges, or needed revisions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality content.
  • Prior experience in podcast editing or similar formats is an advantage.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
