Software Engineering Leadership Role

This position involves leading the development and deployment of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting maintainable systems, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality code.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of software applications using Ruby on Rails framework.
  • Architect scalable solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide a team of software engineers to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on leadership and mentorship.
  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails framework and MVC architecture.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and manage a team.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework and MVC architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of web application security and data protection.
  • Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS.
